Road to Your Loan Contact us Set an appointment -Our office or your place? We need: -W2’s for the last 2 years -Last 2 months Bank Statement -Last 30-days Pay Stubs -Copy of your State or Federal ID -Copy of your Social Security Card -Other documents if applicable We will take a loan application (including all the disclosures) We will pull a Credit Report (do not give your SS# over the phone to anyone) Based on your Credit Report & other situation you may have….. then We will explain our recommendation When you choose your loan We will explain your loan We order your Title, Insurance, Appraisal & other necessary documents You choose the Rate you want (we lock the Rate with your permission) You will choose the Closing date/time

* The Road to Purchase loan (new loan) & Refinancing is a little different. We will explain that during our interview.
